McBride Consulting seeks a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS at Tinker AFB, OK. You will lead cost, schedule, and performance management for complex DoD acquisition programs and provide guidance across IPTs.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of DoD experience (five in DoD) or 15 years of related experience with certifications. Strong documentation, risk management, and executive communications are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience (5 in DoD).
• Or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance objectives for DoD acquisition programs.
• Provide program-level acquisition support and guidance to senior leads.
• Summarize activities into weekly program execution charts.
• Prepare and tailor acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, RM plans).
• Develop RFPs, SOWs, and CDRL; assist with contract documents.
• Support reports and milestone reviews per DoDI 5000.02; monitor LCMP suspenses.
