Astrion is seeking a Senior Program Manager located at Tinker AFB, OK, supporting the AWACS division. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and extensive DoD program management experience across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, offering a salary range of $135,000–$145,000 annually and opportunities to lead complex DoD aviation programs and deliver senior-level briefings.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years DoD experience, five in DoD; or 15 years related experience with certifications

Responsabilités

• Support cost, schedule, and performance objectives for acquisition programs.
• Provide program-level acquisition support to Section Chief and 10 IPT leads; ensure alignment with DoD directives.
• Summarize activities into a weekly program execution chart.
• Prepare and tailor acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, risk plans).
• Develop RFPs, SOWs, and CDRL; assist with RFP products.
• Support, review and develop acquisition reports per DoDI 5000.02; ensure timely LCMP updates.
