Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW with system-level analysis, documentation, and technical assessments. The role focuses on lifecycle management, integration, and testing for airborne C2 and mission systems, with hybrid work at Tinker AFB, OK.

The successful candidate will have DoD experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to lead IPTs, conduct trade studies, and prepare technical plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial DoD experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present technical documentation and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program portfolio reviews and design system-level tests to ensure performance.
• Develop and present technical documentation supporting IPTs and program reviews.
• Assist in risk management activities and lifecycle engineering planning.
• Support acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, and deployment activities.
