Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Program Manager to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW and the AWACS division. The role focuses on acquisition management, policy compliance, contracting support, and program reporting to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of airborne C2 capabilities.

You will manage risk, schedule, and performance, coordinate with IPTs, and prepare senior leadership briefings. Travel is about 20% and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with DoD experience is required.
• Experience in DoD and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to the Program Manager (PM) and IPT Leads to ensure disciplined execution.
• Advise program leadership on overall program health, costs, schedule, and performance.
• Interpret and execute acquisition projects; identify and resolve issues with significant impact.
• Coordinate program integration plans and interface control between systems.
• Develop reports and brief senior leadership on program status and milestones.
