Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead acquisition analyses, manage cross-functional teams, and drive RFP/J&A activities for new technologies.

Required are Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a master’s or bachelor’s with extensive DoD program management experience, and SAP exposure. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP, with recent background investigation.
• Master's degree with at least 10 years of DoD acquisition program management experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in DoD programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actions delivering warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including tech development, foreign disclosure, test, deployment, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new contracts.
• Moderate strategy meetings among DoD, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
• Maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas within Service labs
• Determine level of support for Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners on tech development reviews and meetings
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support Education and Outreach curriculum development and training materials for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
