Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division for the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze DoD acquisition processes, manage diverse program efforts, and develop acquisition documentation to guide government program decisions.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master's or Bachelor's with extensive DoD experience, and at least 3 years of SAP involvement within the

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance required with ability to obtain SCI access and SAP clearance.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant DoD Acquisition Program experience or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Experience managing DoD acquisition programs and providing programmatic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action delivering USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, foreign disclosure, testing, production, and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead/assist in developing RFP, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech development contracts.
• Organize strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry to guide DoD technology efforts.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development within Service labs.
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support reviews and tech interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach modules and DoD Anti-Tamper course materials.
