Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper executive program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze acquisition processes, manage cross-functional efforts across engineering, test, logistics, and production, and develop acquisition documents for government decisions.

The role requires TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, 10+ years managing DoD programs or 15+ years with a bachelor’s degree, and SAP experience within the last eight years.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access
• Masters degree with 10+ years in managing DoD acquisition programs
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years experience in DoD acquisitions
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD acquisition processes and develop actions delivering USAF capabilities
• Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering, test, production, and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to PMs
• Develop and coordinate RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans
• Organize meetings among DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry to set guidance
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD tech areas within labs
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales
• Interact with industry partners on technology development reviews
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of assets
• Support Education and Outreach modules for DoD Anti-Tamper course
