Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze DoD processes, manage multi-discipline teams, and drive acquisition activities including RFP and J&A coordination.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a relevant advanced degree or extensive experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Masters Degree with 10+ years in managing DoD Acquisition Programs
• Or Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering integration, test, production, and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting PM decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead/assist in development of RFP, J&A, Acquisition Plans
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD orgs, service labs, SMEs, and industry
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development areas
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners for tech development reviews
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support Education and Outreach for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
