Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager for the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead DoD acquisition activities, coordinate with government PMs, labs, SMEs, and industry, and shape acquisition strategy across multiple technology domains.

The role emphasizes risk management, RFP/J&A development, and roadmapping for future DoD capabilities. Travel up to 10% is expected, and an active TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years in DoD Acquisition Programs.
• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, integration, testing, deployment, production and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs in executing projects.
• Lead the development and coordination of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech contracts.
• Organize and moderate strategy meetings across DoD, labs, SMEs, and industry.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interfacing with industry partners to support technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach modules and DoD Anti-Tamper course materials.
