Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will manage complex acquisition programs, coordinate with DoD stakeholders, and lead technical reviews and strategic planning across laboratories and industry partners.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD program management experience, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI and SAP access; background investigation current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Masters Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience in managing DoD Acquisition Programs; or Bachelor's with minimum 15 years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action delivering USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, foreign disclosure, test/deploy, production, logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead/assist in developing RFP/J&A packages, Acquisition Plans for new technology/product development.
• Organize strategy meetings among DoD organizations, service leads, labs, SMEs, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas within service laboratories.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners for technology development reviews and TE meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach for curriculum development and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
