Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Paterson AFB, OH.

You will analyze acquisition processes, manage technology development, and coordinate with DoD organizations, service labs, and industry partners to advance defense capabilities. The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree with 10+ years of DoD program experience (or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years), and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access; background check current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years of DoD Acquisition Program management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience in DoD programs.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Experience in SAP and/or SCI environments; Anti-Tamper experience; DAWIA PM certification (desired).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actionable COAs for USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage programs including technology development, engineering, test, production, logistics, and foreign disclosure.
• Develop acquisition documents for PM decisions; identify risks and propose solutions.
• Lead or assist in RFP/J&A packages, Acquisition Plans and other DoD tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD, service labs, and industry partners; communicate guidance.
