Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead DoD acquisition activities, develop RFPs, and coordinate across DoD labs, industry, and service leads.

The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Master’s degree with 10+ years of DoD program management, or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years, and SAP experience within the last 8 years. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP and a current background investigation.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing DoD Acquisition Programs.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, production and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new technology contracts.
• Organize strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry to guide DoD technology development.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas in Service laboratories.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach for curriculum development and training materials dissemination.
