Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee technology development, program integration, and cross-functional teams to deliver new AT capabilities for DoD weapon systems.

The role requires active TS clearance with SCI access and SAP experience, with travel up to 10%. A Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with extensive experience) is expected, along with strong program management expertise in

Qualifications

Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
Masters degree with 10+ years managing DoD Acquisition Programs OR Bachelor’s with 15+ years.
SAP experience within the last 8 years preferred.
Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver and sustain USAF warfighting capabilities.
Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering integration, test, production, logistics, and foreign disclosure.
Develop acquisition documents to support PM decisions and coordinate RFP/J&A packages.
