Job summary

Serco invites a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on advancing acquisition strategies, technology development, and program execution across DoD partners and industry.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate RFP/J&A activities, and ensure alignment with SAP/SCI security requirements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years managing DoD acquisition programs.
• Or Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience within last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actionable plans.
• Manage programs including tech development, foreign disclosure, test/deploy, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings among DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
