Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the USAF AFLCMC/WAG-AT at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead complex DoD anti-tamper program efforts, coordinating with government PMs, service leads, labs, and industry to advance acquisition and technology development across multiple DoD programs.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, substantial DoD program management experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
• DAWIA certification in Program Management (desired)
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actions delivering and sustaining USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including technology development, integration, testing, production, and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Develop and coordinate RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans for new technology contracts
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry to communicate guidance
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development in service labs
• Plan support for Foreign Military Sales programs
• Engage with industry partners for reviews and technical interchanges
