Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent field program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Lead cross-functional teams from engineering to logistics to drive acquisition programs through development, testing, and fielding of AT capabilities. You will develop RFP/J&A packages, coordinate with government PMs, service leads, and industry partners, and manage risk across complex DoD contracts.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background check.
• Masters degree with 10+ years in DoD acquisition programs, or a BA with 15+ years.
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD acquisition processes to guide actionable staff decisions.
• Manage tech development, engineering, testing, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new tech projects.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD orgs, labs, and industry.
• Maintain roadmaps for DoD tech development areas in service labs.
• Support Foreign Military Sales-related activities and reviews.
• Engage with industry partners on technology development reviews.
