Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program within the Special Programs Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

The role involves analyzing acquisition processes, managing tech development, and coordinating with DoD orgs and industry partners to advance AT capabilities. You will develop acquisition documentation, identify risks, and assist in RFP/J&A packages, while driving strategy and policy discussions across the ATEA community.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years of managing DoD Acquisition Programs or a Bachelor's with 15 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, testing, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting PMs’ programmatic decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
