Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program in the AFLCMC/WAG-AT Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee acquisition activities, coordinate DoD policy, and manage cross-functional efforts across engineering, testing, production, and logistics.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access, DAWIA certification, and 10+ years in DoD programs (or 15+ with a Bachelor’s). Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP background
• Masters degree with 10+ years in DoD Acquisition management
• Or Bachelor's with 15+ years of experience in DoD programs
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action delivering USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, foreign disclosure, test/deployment, production and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to government PMs in executing projects
• Lead/assist in developing and coordinating RFP, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech contracts
• Organize and moderate strategy and policy meetings among DoD orgs, service leads, SMEs, and industry
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD tech areas within service laboratories
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners to support technology development reviews and meetings
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support Education/Outreach for curriculum and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course
