Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager for the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee acquisition activities, coordinate with DoD labs, and guide cross‑functional teams in strategy, risk, and execution.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, and 10+ years of DoD program management experience, plus SAP background. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance required with SCI and SAP access.
• 10+ years managing DoD Acquisition Programs; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• DAWIA certification in Program Management highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD acquisition processes and generate actionable strategies.
• Manage tech development, foreign disclosure, testing, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents for government PMs' decisions.
• Identify risks and advise on solutions for project execution.
• Lead RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans for new tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD orgs, labs, and industry.
