Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division for the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires maintaining a TS/SCI clearance and SAP/SCI experience.

The candidate will oversee SAP security disciplines, advise on access policies, and manage security databases, while collaborating with government and industry partners to protect DoD warfighters and critical technologies.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of DoD/government/relevant contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• Experience developing security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI programs.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Vols 1–4.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: information, physical, industrial, and personnel security.
• Coordinate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal master database.
• Collaborate with industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms, guard response.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
