Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent field program office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on reducing risk and scheduling impact while maturing technologies for fielding new AT capabilities and products to seed DoD programs.

You will coordinate among DoD organizations, labs, SMEs, and industry to develop guidance, strategy, and roadmaps for DoD-related technology areas.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Masters degree with 10+ years in DoD acquisitions or a BA with 15+ years.
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within last 8 years.
• DAWIA Program Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate action plans.
• Manage programs including tech development, testing, production and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans.
