Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to deliver advanced network design, integration, and sustainment across enterprise- and mission-network environments. The role emphasizes secure, high-performance solutions for DoD/IC contexts, with a focus on optimization, scalability, and compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and extensive network engineering experience.

Qualifications

Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
Experience in DoD/IC environments with security and accreditation standards.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and on-call rotation participation.

Responsibilities

Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow across LAN, CAN, WAN and telecoms.
Design, configure, deploy, test, maintain, and enhance network devices and infrastructure.
Support mission requirements with load balancing, VPNs, firewall contexts, NAT and IP encryption.
Contribute to network and mission architecture for evolving partner requirements.
Resolve complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and simulators.
Maintain documentation, diagrams and accreditation artifacts per DoD/IC standards.
Collaborate with teams on network integrations and infrastructure changes.
