Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize secure mission networks in a secure on-site environment. You will work across architecture, deployment, operations, and sustainment, ensuring high performance and security for critical national-security missions.

The role requires 15+ years in network engineering, active TS/SCI clearance with poly, and CCNP or equivalent certification. Strong skills in BGP, IPsec, NAT, and network monitoring are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as Network Engineer on major programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 5 years may substitute.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• CCNP or equivalent cert required or approved.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and optimizing complex networks.
• Experience with enterprise security infrastructure and WAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy secure mission networks.
• Configure and optimize routers, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and IDS.
• Lead investigations of network incidents and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Maintain network diagrams and configuration documentation.
