Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years in business development, capture management, or related roles within Defense/IC markets.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Experience leading captures and winning multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of Missile Programs, IC Space, ISR, EW, SIGINT, with senior customer/partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and capture activities from identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans across targeted agencies and missions.
• Shape opportunities in early stages using white papers, technical exchanges, and demonstrations.
• Leverage DoD/IC relationships to identify and secure new business.
• Provide leadership in proposal development, win themes, and competitive analysis.
• Lead customer engagements and represent TSC at events and forums.
• Drive program expansion by identifying adjacent opportunities and new contract vehicles.
