Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth in defense and intelligence markets, focusing on capture, opportunity shaping, and executive engagement.

You will build relationships with DoD IC customers, drive proposals, and collaborate with program managers and technical leaders. Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain DoD clearance; willing to travel 20-30% and work flexibly across the National Capital Region and Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10–12 years in defense business development or capture.
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
Deep knowledge of Missile Programs, IC Space, ISR, EW, SIGINT with senior relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead BD and capture activities from identification to proposal submission and award.
Develop strategic account plans to expand in targeted agencies and mission areas.
Shape opportunities early with white papers, technical exchanges, and demos.
Leverage relationships within the DoD, IC, and partners to win new business.
Provide leadership in proposal development with win themes and competitive analysis.
Lead customer engagements and represent TSC at events.
