Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Defense and Intelligence markets.

You will manage portfolios, build executive relationships, and drive capture and proposal excellence across precision weapons, radar, space systems, ML/AI, and multi-domain solutions, with travel to the National Capital Region and Huntsville as needed and options for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aeronautics, business, or related technical discipline with 10–12 years of experience in business development/capture in the Defense/Intelligence markets.
• Demonstrated track record of leading captures and winning new business valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Deep knowledge of Missile Programs, IC Space, ISR, EW, SIGINT with established senior-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand in targeted agencies and mission areas.
• Shape opportunities early with white papers, technical exchanges, and solution demonstrations.
• Leverage relationships within DoD, IC, and industry partners to identify and secure new business.
• Provide leadership in proposal development with win themes, competitive analysis, and client-focused messaging.
• Lead customer engagements and represent TSC at events and forums.
• Drive program expansion by identifying adjacent opportunities and new contract vehicles.
