Technology Service Corporation (TSC) seeks a Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in federal contracting, capture management, and customer engagement within the Defense and Intelligence markets.
This role focuses on strategic growth, opportunity shaping, and leading win efforts across core technology areas, with travel to the National Capital Region and Huntsville, AL and flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aeronautics, business, or related technical discipline; 10–12 years in BD/capture in Defense/IC.
- Proven track record of leading captures and winning multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
- Deep knowledge of Missile Programs, IC Space, ISR, EW, and/or SIGINT with senior relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead BD and capture activities from identification through proposal and award.
- Develop strategic account plans in targeted agencies and mission areas.
- Shape opportunities via white papers, exchanges, and demonstrations.
- Leverage DoD/IC relationships to identify and win new business.
- Lead proposal development including win themes and competitive analysis.
- Represent TSC at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Identify adjacent opportunities and secure new contract vehicles.
