Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in Defense/Intelligence markets, focusing on capture, opportunity shaping, and customer engagement across precision weapons, radar, space systems, ML/AI, and C5ISR domains.

The role requires directing pursuits, building executive relationships, and collaborating with executives, P&L owners, and technical leaders to position TSC for long-term growth, with travel to DoD/IC sites and TSC offices, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aeronautics, business, or related technical discipline with 10–12 years in defense/intel markets.
Proven track record leading captures and winning multi-million-dollar opportunities.
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
Deep knowledge of missile programs, IC space, ISR, EW, SIGINT with senior relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead BD and capture activities from opportunity identification to proposal submission and award.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business in targeted agencies and mission areas.
Shape opportunities early by engaging customers with white papers, technical exchanges, and demonstrations.
Leverage DoD/IC relationships to identify and secure new business.
Provide leadership in proposal development, win themes, and competitive analysis.
Lead customer engagements and represent TSC at industry events and conferences.
