Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead capture efforts and grow our presence in the Defense and Intelligence markets. The role focuses on strategic growth, opportunity shaping, and developing executive-level customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in BD or capture management within DoD/IC spaces, US citizenship, and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aeronautics, business, or related field.
• 10–12 years in BD, capture management, or related roles in DoD/IC markets.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience leading captures and winning multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and capture activities from identification to award.
• Develop strategic account plans to expand in targeted agencies and missions.
• Shape opportunities via white papers, technical exchanges, and solutions.
• Leverage DoD/IC relationships to identify and secure new business.
• Provide leadership in proposal development and competitive messaging.
• Represent TSC at industry events and customer engagements.
• Drive expansion by identifying adjacent opportunities and contracts.
