Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr Technical Account Manager (TAM) for US Federal, Enterprise Support to own technical strategy for a DoD customer portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, guide architecture decisions, and drive proactive reviews and adoption roadmaps across AWS services. You will travel 10% or more for on-site engagements and coordinate resolution across service teams, delivering risk assessments and cost optimization while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to a portfolio of DoD customers.
• Own and execute the support strategy for a portfolio of DoD customers.
• Advise mission owners on operating AI and ML workloads, including governance.
• Conduct proactive operational reviews and health assessments to identify risks and improve resilience.
• Lead incident management and coordinate cross-team resolution.
