Job summary

SAIC is seeking a highly strategic Civilian Capture Management Leader to own end-to-end capture efforts for multiple federal opportunities, including large $100M+ contracts. The role prioritizes cross-functional leadership, market insight, and compliance with FAR requirements within a matrix organization.

The position offers hybrid remote work, collaboration across Civilian markets, and a focus on delivering differentiated win strategies and competitive proposals to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience.
• Proven track record of capturing large federal contracts exceeding $100M.
• Experience with IDIQs, FFP, T&M, and cost-plus structures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage capture efforts across Civilian markets, including DOJ, DOT, CBP, and Treasury.
• Lead captures exceeding $100M with tailored win strategies.
• Build and inspire high-performing capture teams and oversee proposals.
• Mentor teams and share best practices to elevating capture excellence.
• Engage senior government stakeholders and teaming partners to shape opportunities.
• Develop and manage capture budgets and measure ROI.
• Translate complex mission requirements into executable capture plans.
• Collaborate with BD, pricing, contracts, and delivery for submissions.
