Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Track record of winning complex, prime integration or systems engineering contracts over $50M.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and win strategy, including pricing, solution development and teaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, capture and proposal efforts for a large DoD opportunity pipeline.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams across capture centers to pursue recompete, takeaway and on-contract growth.
• Engage with customers to shape opportunities and drive price-to-win and win themes.
