Job summary

Leidos is seeking a qualified Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of opportunities across Military Services markets. You will manage the full BD life-cycle for 2–3 large ($100M+) solicitations, coordinating internal and external teams to translate win themes into proposal submissions.

The ideal candidate has DoD Digital/IT capture experience, a solid network, and strong writing and briefing skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities.
• Experience leading teams in a virtual environment.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a capture plan and lead planning sessions with core team.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to gain market insight.
• Lead competitive assessments, teaming, and price-to-win efforts.
• Brief capture status to senior management at milestones.
