Job summary

Serco Inc. specializes in defense and government services and is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT initiatives at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

You will apply DoD systems engineering processes to protect weapon systems and manage AT technologies in a classified environment. The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and 12+ years in DoD engineering, plus strong program protection experience and willingness to travel CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP access and current background investigation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• Experience with Program Protection planning and anti-tamper methods in weapon system programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures in acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems with AT focus.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory to determine reverse engineering methodologies for electronic systems.
• Support Education and Outreach by developing curriculum modules for the AT program.
• Develop and update training materials with Government and industry partners.
• Instruct AT courses in a classified environment for the AT community using various aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions, including RFP development and project oversight.
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities against design requirements and CPI protection needs.
• Identify technologies and evaluate system/subsystem design functions to protect CPI.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments; perform trade-off studies.
• Author ad-hoc technical documentation to ensure compliance and mission support.
