Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT initiatives at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires handling high-security clearances and experience in weapon system protection, reverse engineering assessment, and acquisitions oversight.

You will contribute to studies maturing AT tech, protecting CPI, and ensuring program protection across DoD weapon projects, with travel and ongoing collaboration with government teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 12 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with at least 10 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures for weapon systems.
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering vulnerability.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions and RFPs.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess CPI protection in design and subsystems.
• Develop security assessment plans for GOTS/COTS components.
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams on designs and vulnerabilities.
• Improve anti-tamper/anti-exploitation design across lifecycle stages.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
