Job summary

Serco Inc. in Wright Patterson AFB, OH is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD AT program. You will apply DoD systems engineering processes, assess circuitry for reverse engineering, and develop training materials for the FPO education outreach.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, plus 12+ years in DoD engineering and 3+ years SAP/SCI experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process across weapon systems and programs
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for education outreach
• Collaborate with Government and industry to update training materials
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and improve designs
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system testing
• Perform risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Prepare ad-hoc technical documentation for ICT initiatives
