Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to join the Special Programs Division supporting DoD Anti-Tamper initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes systems engineering, training, and program protection within classified environments.

Subject to TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, the candidate will lead curriculum development, collaborate with government and industry, and provide technical oversight across ongoing DoD projects.

Qualifications

Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and access to SAP
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
Masters Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems
Assess integrated circuitry and determine reverse engineering methodologies
Develop engineering curriculum modules and training materials for the ATEA FPO
Instruct sponsored educational courses in a classified environment
Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
Evaluate system test plans and conduct testing activities
Identify technologies to protect CPI and support program protection
