Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong background in weapon system protection and tamper-resistance engineering.

The position emphasizes DoD systems engineering, RFP oversight, and evaluation of CPI protection across complex electronics and subsystems. Travel up to 10% and ongoing program responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in a DoD-related role
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years in a DoD-related role
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures across weapon system programs
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors and memory chips for reverse engineering approaches
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and project oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protection objectives
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS/COTS components for CPI susceptibility
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper evaluation teams to identify design vulnerabilities
• Support improvements to anti-tamper capabilities across weapon systems
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
