Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply systems engineering processes to weapon system protection, assess circuits for tamper resistance, and develop training materials for education outreach in a classified environment.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and travel up to 10%. A Bachelor’s (required) and Masters (preferred) in engineering, plus 12+ and 10+ years of DoD

Qualifications

• Active Top-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access
• 12+ years engineering experience with DoD or DoD contractor
• 10+ years engineering experience with DoD or DoD contractor (Masters)
• 3+ years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy and procedures
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for education outreach
• Create and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct educational courses in a classified environment
• Support technical oversight of ongoing projects and RFPs
• Review design feasibility and system compatibility
• Evaluate CPI protection in system design
• Assess test plans and conduct testing
• Conduct risk assessments and trade studies
• Prepare documentation for ICT initiatives and policy modernization
