Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply DoD system engineering processes and lead protection planning across CPI security.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, engineering degrees with extensive DoD experience, and travel up to 10%. You will assess hardware vulnerabilities, develop RFP oversight, and collaborate with DoD teams to deter reverse

Qualifications

• Active DoD/DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive DoD experience
• Master’s Degree in engineering with DoD experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and policies for weapon systems and CPI protection
• Assess integrated circuitry and processors for reverse engineering susceptibility
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and specifications
• Identify CPI protection improvements for GOTS/COTS components
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities
• Support improvements to US weapons system anti-tamper design and sustainment
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system/subsystem testing
• Conduct scheduling risk assessments and trade-off studies
