Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD anti-tamper efforts in the Special Programs Division. Based at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, the role requires TS/SCI readiness and DoD program experience.

The position involves evaluating CPI protections, reverse engineering of components, and collaboration with DoD teams to reduce risk and protect warfighting systems. Travel up to 10% CONUS is expected.

Qualificações

• Active Top-Secret clearance or eligibility (TS/SCI/SAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with extensive DoD experience.
• Masters degree in a relevant engineering discipline with DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsabilidades

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes and procedures for weapon systems lifecycle.
• Assess integrated circuits, processors, and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFPs, and project oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and CPI protections.
• Develop plans to assess security features of GOTS and COTS components.
• Collaborate with DoD Anti-Tamper teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct tests at multiple levels.
• Perform engineering performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments.
