Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD AT Executive Agent Field Program Office. The role emphasizes systems engineering, anti-tamper methods, and education outreach within classified environments.

Qualifications include active TS clearance with SCI, a DoD engineering background, and SAP/SCI experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS is required. The position is based in Wright Patterson AFB area, OH.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI/SAP access; background investigation current within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of DoD engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems with experience in Program Protection planning and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry, industry standard processors, and memory chips; determine methodologies for reverse engineering electronic systems.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules and support ATEA FPO education outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials.
• Instruct ATEA FPO sponsored courses in classified environments using various instructional aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, including long-term planning, RFP development, and technical oversight of ongoing projects.
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquired capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protections.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct engineering performance, supportability, scheduling, and risk assessments and trade studies.
• Provide specialized support for Export ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; document compliance and mission support.
