Job summary

RR Donnelley, a leading provider of marketing, packaging, print, and business services, seeks a Senior Document Production Associate for 1st shift in Wheeling, WV. The role focuses on word processing and document production services for clients, with detailed checks, quality assurance and client interaction.

Responsibilities include handling confidential documents, coordinating workflow, training junior staff, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in legal, banking or large corporate environments is desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fast, accurate typing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and determine the correct process to produce documents.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Use equipment, software and hardware adeptly to perform duties.
• Meet deadlines for accepting, completing and delivering work.
• Interact with clients via in-person, phone or email communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
• Provide training to junior staff as needed.
• Assist with proofreading, design, and other document production tasks.
