RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate for the 1st shift in Columbus, OH. The role provides word processing and document production services for our clients within a Legal & Document Processing department.

You will use logs and tracking systems, edit and proof documents, and coordinate tasks to meet client deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office software and typing.
• Familiar with other document editing/creation software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good organizational skills and deadline discipline.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
• Good problem solving and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure task completion throughout lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, transcribe or create documents per procedures and formats.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software and hardware required for the role.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client on deadlines and issues.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationships.
• Perform quality assurance on work as requested.
