Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services. Role begins on-site for training, then shifts to a remote model; schedule Thurs-Mon, 9am-6pm ET, supporting legal, banking or large corporate clients with high-volume needs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of document production experience, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year document production experience preferred in legal/banking/large corporate env.
• Strong MS Office skills; able to edit and create documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Use logs/tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure tasks are completed through lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination.
• Edit, convert, create or transcribe documents per client specs.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines and maintain quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
