Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to deliver word processing and document production services for clients. The role supports legal, financial and professional service clients with high-volume document work.

Work schedule includes Wednesday through Friday 2:30pm ET to 1:00am ET and Sat/Sun 3pm-8pm ET, with responsibilities across production, QA, and junior staff training as part of a client-centric team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or higher education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in document production or a similar role in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Advanced skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work per established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and determine the correct process to produce documents and ensure completion.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment, software and hardware.
• Meet contracted deadlines and communicate any issues to the team or client.
