Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients. The role runs Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, and requires advanced MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

The candidate will assess requests, edit and proofread documents, and coordinate workflow with the team while maintaining client satisfaction and confidentiality. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and fast typing.
• Experience with document production in legal, banking or large corporate settings is a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production per established policies and procedures.
• Assess requests and identify the correct process to complete tasks on time.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or finalize documents to client satisfaction.
• Train junior staff and assist peer teams with proofreading and design as needed.
• Use logs or tracking software and meet contracted deadlines.
• Interact with clients and colleagues while adhering to policies.
