RRD Company is hiring a Document Production Associate to deliver word processing and document production services for clients. You will follow established procedures to edit, proof, convert and create documents, using logs and coordination tools to meet deadlines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of document production experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing skills.
• Familiar with editing/creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must meet deadlines and handle confidential documents.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide word processing and document production services for clients.
• Use logs/tracking software for all production work.
• Assess requests and ensure completion throughout the lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or finalize documents per standards.
