Job summary

RRD is hiring a Document Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day document production activities, oversee staff, and ensure service quality for clients. The role requires strong collaboration, process discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The supervisor will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while supporting P&L awareness and client satisfaction. This onsite position emphasizes reliable, accurate service delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising in professional environments.
• 3+ years’ experience in legal document production or legal word processing.
• Advanced MS Office skills: formatting, charts, tables, macros.
• Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day‑to‑day work assignments in document production services, including document production, word processing, proofreading; supervise projects and ad‑hoc requests to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Ensure quality service delivery through SOPs, alignment with account plan, and meeting metrics for client satisfaction and employee performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; keep client and manager informed of issues and proposed solutions.
• Oversee employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, training, planning for key roles, and off‑boarding management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and quality expectations; use corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, and conduct regular team and individual meetings.
