Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection is seeking a Document Controls Lead for its El Paso data center projects. You will establish and manage the EDMS, govern metadata, and ensure audit-ready records from submittals to turnover packages.

Lead cross-functional teams comprising owners, GC, engineering, and QA/QC to maintain strict standards and timely information flow across high-availability construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated document control experience, with leadership roles on large-scale industrial or data center projects.
• Experience coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineering, and QA/QC teams to ensure document alignment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, standardize, and maintain the central document management system (EDMS) for high-risk construction.
• Oversee lifecycle tracking of drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, specs, and test reports.
• Organize pre-commissioning logs, NETA documentation, and turnover packages for closeout.
• Manage access controls and document security across multi-company teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve bottlenecks and ensure fast turnaround.
